1943例社区老年居民体检结果分析
摘要
目的通过北京市某辖区老年居民的健康体检结果分析,掌握体重指数(BMI)、血压、血脂、血糖、心电图等情况,为进一步预防、治疗等提供科学依据。方法本辖区老年居民按照自愿报名原则,分批到本中心进行体检,汇总分析各年龄组的BMI、高血压、高血脂、高血糖、心电图异常等情况。结果中心性肥胖、肥胖/超重、高血压、高血脂、高血糖、脂肪肝、心电图异常比例分别达88.88%、59.75%、37.21%、9.78%、29.64%、39.89%、40.50%。不同年龄段、不同性别间各健康问题检出率存在显出差异(P <0.01)。结论老年人营养过剩问题严峻,同时亦是慢性病患病的高危人群,可通过不同年龄组的健康问题检出情况,针对性地制定营养管理、慢性病防控措施;同时,可根据男女差异制定易于落实的行为干预措施,积极倡导健康的生活方式,改善和提高社区老年居民的健康状况和生活质量。
Objective To analyze the results of physical examination of elderly residents in a certain district of Beijing, and to grasp the body mass index(BMI),blood pressure,blood lipids,blood sugar, electrocardiogram, etc., to provide scientific basis for further prevention and treatment. Methods According to the principle of voluntary registration, the elderly residents in their respective districts went to the center for medical examination. And we collected and analyzed the outcomes of BMI, hypertension, hyperlipemia, hyperglycemia and abnormal electrocardiogram of each age group.Results The proportions of central obesity, obesity/overweight, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, hyperglycemia, fatty liver and electrocardiogram were 88.88%、59.75%、37.21%、9.78%、29.64%、39.89% and 40.50%, respectively. There was a significant difference in the detection rate of health problems between different age groups and genders(P<0.01). Conclusion The problem of over-nutrition in the elderly is severe, and it is also a high-risk group for chronic diseases. With the distribution of health problems among different ages and genders, we could specifically formulate nutrition management and prevention/control measures for chronic diseases, improving the health and quality of life of older residents in the community.
