不同上下罩高对复合药型罩射流形成影响的数值模拟

摘要
在两种双锥罩的基础上,设计4种变壁厚和等壁厚相结合的复合双锥药型罩。应用LS-DYNA3D有限元程序,采用ALE方法对复合药型罩的小锥角聚能装药,在5种不同上下罩高比例的情况下射流形成过程进行数值模拟。结果表明:采用罩壁外母线为直线、上锥罩为等壁厚和下锥罩为变壁厚相结合的复合药型罩,射流速度梯度高于两种双锥罩和其他3种复合药型罩,且当上下罩高比例为5/5时,射流头部速度达到最大,为7 174 m/s;4种复合药型罩在上下罩高比例为7/3时,均出现射流较短并且射流中段较早发生失稳断裂的情况。
        Based on two kinds of biconical liners,four kinds of composite biconical liners with the combination of variable and equal wall thickness were designed. The LS-DYNA3 D finite element analysis software and the Arbitrary Lagrange-Euler(ALE)algorithms were used to simulate the formation process of a small cone angle shaped charge jet within a composite biconical liner under five different ratios of upper height to lower height of liner. The results show that the outer generatrix of the composite liner is straight,which is the combination of equal wall thickness of the upper liner and variable wall thickness of the lower liner,and its jet velocity gradient is higher than that of the two kinds of biconical liners and other three kinds of composite biconical liners.When the ratio is 5/5,the velocity of the front end of jet reaches the maximum of 7 174 m/s. When four kinds of composite biconical liners are under the ratio of 7/3, all jets are shorter and the middle of jets are unstable and break up earlier.
