摘要
给出汽车排气系统对车身振动、车辆噪声等性能的影响因子,建立某柴油汽车排气系统的三维模型,并利用该模型用CAE软件对该汽车排气系统设计过程中出现的断裂情况进行模拟,利用有限元法对排气系统结构进行分析,找出事故原因,并对关键结构进行优化,最后通过实车耐久试验对优化方案进行了验证。该方法为汽车排气系统设计过程中CAE工具的应用提供了参考。
Automotive exhaust system has an important impact on body vibration,vehicle noise and so on,and CAE has a unique advantage in the design of automitive exhaust system. In this case,a diesel car exhaust system fractured,the finite element method was used to study the structure of the exhaust system; the cause of the accident was identified,and the key structure was optimized; finally by real vehicle durability test,the solution was verified which can solve the problem of exhaust pipe fracture. The solution provides a reference for the use of CAE in the design of automotive exhaust system.
