小儿肺炎支原体感染个体化护理作用

摘要
目的探讨小儿肺炎支原体感染治疗护理中个体化服务的实施效果。方法收集我院2017年3月—2018年6月收治的90例小儿肺炎支原体感染患儿作为研究对象,将患儿随机分为两组。对照组予以护理常规操作,个体化组予以个体化服务。比较两组患儿的家属满意比例;腹部体征消失的时间、恢复正常体温的时间、使用抗生素的总时间、住院的时间;护理前后症状积分情况、肺部炎症积分;皮疹、静脉刺激等不良反应的发生率。结果个体化组家属满意比例高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);个体化组腹部体征消失的时间、恢复正常体温的时间、使用抗生素的总时间、住院的时间优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);护理前,两组症状积分情况、肺部炎症积分对比,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);护理后,个体化组症状积分情况、肺部炎症积分优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。个体化组皮疹、静脉刺激等不良反应的发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论小儿肺炎支原体感染者实施个体化服务效果好,可改善症状积分情况、肺部炎症积分,减少皮疹、静脉刺激等不良反应的发生率。
Objective To investigate the implementation effect of individualized service in the treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection. Methods 90 children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to June 2018 were selected as the research objects. The children were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given routine nursing operation, and the individualized group was given individualized service. The satisfaction ratio of the two groups were compared; the time of disappearance of abdominal signs, the time to return to normal body temperature, the total time of antibiotic use, the time of hospitalization were compared; the symptom score before and after treatment, the score of lung inflammation was compared; the incidence of adverse reactions such as rash and venous stimulation were compared. Results The satisfaction rate of parents in individualized group was higher than that in control group, with statistical significance(P < 0.05). The time of disappearance of abdominal signs, time of return to normal body temperature, total time of using antibiotics and time of hospitalization in individualized group were better than those in control group, with statistical significance(P < 0.05). Before nursing, there was no significant difference in symptom score and pulmonary inflammation score between the two groups(P > 0.05). After nursing, the symptom score and pulmonary inflammation score of individualized group were better than those of control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions such as rash and venous stimulation in the individualized group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion The effect of individualized service in children with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection can improve the symptom score, lung inflammation score, and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions such as rash and venous stimulation.
