手部肌腱断裂术后手功能锻炼指导的护理效果及对患者手部功能的影响

摘要
目的:观察手部肌腱断裂术后手功能锻炼指导的护理效果及对患者手部功能的影响。方法:将2017年2月-2018年2月在笔者所在医院进行手部肌腱断裂术治疗的患者60例随机分为A组、B组,各30例。A组进行常规指关节训练,B组由护理人员提供术后手功能锻炼指导。对比两组ADL评分、TAM达标率、Carroll合格率及患者对康复效果总满意率。结果:护理后,B组的ADL评分显著低于A组(P<0.05);B组康复效果总满意率为93.33%,明显高于A组的73.33%(P<0.05);B组TAM达标率为93.33%,明显高于A组的66.67%(P<0.05);B组Carroll合格率为90.00%,明显高于A组的63.33%(P<0.05)。结论:手部肌腱断裂术后手功能锻炼指导对促进患者手功能康复和提升生活质量具有积极的影响。
Objective:To observe the nursing effect of hand function exercise instruction after hand tendon rupture surgery and its influence on hand function of patients.Method:From February 2017 to February 2018,60 cases of hand tendon rupture were randomly divided into two groups,the group A(n=30)and the group B(n=30).The group A received regular knuckle training,and the group B by nursing staff to provide postoperative hand function exercise instruction after operation.The scores of ADL,the rate of reaching the standard of TAM,the qualified rate of Carroll and the total satisfaction rate of rehabilitation effect were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the ADL score of the group B was significantly lower than that of group A(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the group B with rehabilitation effect was 93.33%,which was significantly higher than 73.33% of group A(P<0.05).The rate of reaching the standard of TAM of the group B(93.33%) was significantly higher than 66.67% of the group A(P<0.05).The qualified rate of Carroll of the group B was 90.00%,which was also significantly higher than 63.33% of the group A(P<0.05).Conclusion:The instruction of hand function exercise after hand tendon rupture surgery has a positive effect on promoting the rehabilitation of hand function and improving the quality of life of patients.
