摘要
2014年11月在洪泽湖进行河蚬的增殖放流实验,并于放流后的第二年对其形态学指标、规格和生物量等进行监测,以评估洪泽湖自然水域河蚬的增殖放流效果。结果显示,各站点河蚬的形态学指标和规格均为2015年11月最大,马浪岗的河蚬规格较大而生物量较小;至2016年7月三个站点的河蚬规格分别达到8.09 g/ind,6.29 g/ind和5.9 g/ind,而单位面积生物量分别为24.29 g/m~2、45.69 g/m~2和43.69 g/m~2。分析表明,非法捕捞、非法采砂,以及水温、饵料生物的季节变动等是影响河蚬规格和生物量变化的重要因素,而前两者是影响增殖放流效果的主要原因。
        An experiment of Corbicula fluminea enhancement and relaesing were conducted in Malang Hill,Daxin Beach and Jiancao Gully of Hongze Lake,November 2014. To assess the effect,it's morphological parameters,wet body weight and biomass per unit area were monitored in the second year after releasing. It showed that the maximum of morphological parameters and wet body weight of C. fluminea in three site appeared in November 2015. And in Malang Hill the C. fluminea had the maximum wet body weight,but minimum biomass per unit area in monitoring time. In July 2016,the second year after releasing,the wet body weight of C. fluminea in Malang Hill,Daxin Beach and Jiancao Gully were up to 8.09 g/ind,6.29 g/ind and 5.9 g/ind,but the biomass per unit area were 24.29 g/m~2,45.69 g/m~2 and 43.69 g/m~2. Analysis showed that the illegal fishing and sand mining,and water temperature and food organism influenced by seasonal variations were important factors influencing changes wet body weight and biomass of C. fluminea,while the former were the major reasons.
