摘要
为摸清诸城市野生植物资源现状,并对该地区中药资源的利用及保护提出建议,采用查阅文献、样地调查以及代表区域-样地-样方套-样方的模式调查,实地调查了37个样地,包括阔叶林、草丛、针叶林3种代表区域,覆盖整个诸城市,另外利用相关技术方案中的蕴藏量函数计算大宗药材的蕴藏量。诸城市的野生药用植物294种,隶属于76科,菊科最多42种;其中重点药材36种,特色药材38种;分别对重点和特色药材进行功效分类,发现清热药居多;对大宗药材进行计算,其中益母草、艾叶和黄芩等重点特色药材蕴藏量较大;对本市内药材基地进行调查,包括丹参、黄芩、牛膝等多个大宗药材栽培基地。通过第四次中药资源普查,全面摸清诸城市野生药用植物资源种类和蕴藏量,为进一步发展中药栽培产业、中药材经济提供依据。
        To make clear the current situation of wild medicinal plant resources in Zhucheng City, and put forward suggestions for the utilization and protection of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) resources. The investigation was conducted through literature consulting, sample plot survey and representative area-sample plot-sample set-quadrat mode. In addition, the reserves of medicinal materials were calculated by using the reserves function of relevant technical schemes. A total of 37 plots were surveyed including three representative areas, namely grasses, broad-leaved forest and coniferous forest, which covered the whole city. There were 294 medicinal plants, which belonged to 76 families including 42 species of Asteraceae, 36 kinds of key medicinal herbs and 38 kinds of special medicinal herbs. The classification of key medicinal herbs and special medicinal herbs based on efficacy showed heat-clearing herbs as the majority. According to the calculation of staple herbs, herba leonuri, Artemisia argyi, Scutellaria baicalensis georgi and other key and special medicinal herbs had larger reserves. The medicine bases were also surveyed in this city, including Salvia miltiorrhiza, Scutellaria baicalensis georgi, Achyranthis bidentatae and other bulk herbal medicine cultivation bases. There were rich medicinal plant resources in Zhucheng City. Through the fourth census of TCM resources, the wild medicinal plant varicties and reserves were clear, which provided the basis for the further development of TCM cultivation industry and economy in Zhucheng City.
