刘爱民辨治湿疹思路

摘要
刘爱民教授认为湿疹的基本病机责之于湿,其病情反复不愈的原因在于湿热难除。从首辨湿从何来、辨阳虚阳郁、辨六经三个角度来论述湿疹的发病机制,注重辨皮损和整体辨证,提出了湿疹的发病多和内湿外湿有关,内湿与阳虚、阳郁,气化功能失常有关,外湿则责之于卫气不固,感受外邪;治疗上分阳虚湿热、阳郁湿热两大证候,分别采用益气温阳除湿法、通阳除湿法。
Professor LIU Aimin thinks that the basic pathogenesis of eczema is wet, and the cause of the relapse is the heat and humidity. The pathogenesis of eczema is discussed from three aspects: the wet come from, Deficiency or Stagnation of Yang Qi, distinguishes the six-channel. Pay attention to skin syndrome differentiation and the whole syndrome differentiation, puts forward the incidence of eczema is related to Internal dampness and external dampness. And internal dampness is associated with dysfunction of gasification due to Yang Deficiency or Stagnation, external dampness is responsible for Wei Qi deficiency that invaded by exogenous pathogenic factors; There are two syndromes in the treatment: damp heat due to Yang Deficiency and damp heat due to Yang Stagnation.Using the benefiting Qi and warming yang or activating yang to remove dampness. Attached two medical records.
