刘爱民教授运用丹栀逍遥散治疗肝经郁热型寻常性银屑病经验

摘要
刘爱民教授是河南省名中医,师从国医大师禤国维教授,博士生导师,从事中医临床工作30余年,临证坚持"天-地-人"的整体观和辨证论治思想,对银屑病的辨证论治有独到见解和深入研究。从病因病机、辨证思路、用药经验、经典案例等方面对刘爱民教授运用丹栀逍遥散加减治疗银屑病的经验进行分析,刘爱民教授认为血热型银屑病的"热"只是表象,深入挖掘病机,发现存在肝经郁热致病,精确辨证,治病求本,巧妙运用丹栀逍遥散加减治疗肝经郁热型银屑病,临床疗效显著。
Prof. Liu Aimin is the famous TCM physician in Henan province,learned from Prof. Xuan Guowei,the national TCM master. Prof. Liu is the doctoral supervisor and has been engaged in TCM clinic work for over 30 years. He insists on the holism of heaven-earth-human being and the syndrome differentiation and has his own profound understanding in the differentiation and treatment of psoriasis. In the paper,in view of the etiology and pathogenesis,the syndrome differentiation approaches,the medication experience and the classic cases,the treatment of psoriasis with the modified danzhi xiaoyao san was analyzed. Prof. Liu believes that the heat sign is just the simple manifestation of psoriasis of blood heat type. Through deeply exploring the pathogenesis of psoriasis,Prof. Liu discovered that the heat stagnation in the liver meridian is the causative factor. Based on the precise syndrome differentiation,focusing on the root cause of disease,danzhi xiaoyao san is modified flexibly for psoriasis of heat stagnation in liver meridian type. The significant therapeutic effects have been achieved in clinic.
