摘要
为解决线切割机床加工工件坡口时装夹费时且定位精度低等问题,设计了一种角度可调式线切割机床夹具。在传统装夹方法的基础上,通过分析零件结构与技术要求,制定夹具的结构方案,设计夹具的定位装置、夹紧装置和调节装置等关键结构,并利用有限元法评估夹具在实际载荷作用下的几何变形和应力状态。结果表明:该夹具强度可靠、操作简单且切割角度调整方便,可极大提高工件的装夹效率和加工精度,满足大批量生产要求。
In order to solve the problems of time-consuming and low-precision clamping of the workpiece by the wire cutting machine,a kind of angle-adjustable fixture of wire cutting machine is designed.Based on the traditional clamping method,by analyzing the structure and technical requirements of the parts,the structure of the fixture and the key structures,such as fixture positioning device,clamping device and adjusting device are designed.And the geometrical deformation and stress state of the fixture under the actual load through the finite element method are analyzed.The results show that the fixture has the advantages of reliable strength,simple operation and convenient adjustment of cutting angle,which greatly improves the clamping efficiency and machining accuracy of parts.The fixture can meet the requirements of mass production.
