臭氧治疗仪治疗老年性阴道炎效果分析

摘要
目的:分析臭氧治疗仪治疗老年性阴道炎的疗效。方法:选取2016年4月-2018年3月笔者所在医院收治的94例老年性阴道炎患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各47例。对照组采用常规药物治疗,观察组采用臭氧治疗仪治疗,比较两组的临床治疗效果和不良反应发生率、复发率。结果:对照组的临床治疗总有效率为83.0%,不良反应发生率为17.0%,复发率为10.6%;观察组的临床治疗总有效率为95.7%,不良反应发生率为2.1%,复发率为0;观察组临床治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率和复发率明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:臭氧治疗仪应用于老年性阴道炎的治疗中,疗效显著,效果持久,安全性高。
Objective:To analyze the efficacy of ozone therapy apparatus in the treatment of senile vaginitis.Method:94 cases of senile vaginitis treated in our hospital in from April 2016 to March 2018 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,each of 47 cases.The control group was treated with conventional medicine,and the observation group was treated with ozone therapy apparatus.The clinical efficacy,incidence of adverse reactions and relapse rate were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the control group was 83.0%,the incidence of adverse reactions was 17.0%,the recurrence rate was 10.6%,the total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was 95.7%,the incidence of adverse reactions was 2.1% and the recurrence rate was 0.The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions and the recurrence rate of the observation group were significantly higherlower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ozone therapy instrument is effective in the treatment of senile vaginitis with long lasting effect and high safety.
