摘要
为提高制药企业的生产效率,结合药品生产的特点,本文运用精益生产中的快速换模技术(SMED),对某制药企业的片剂生产线的换模流程进行改善,包括计量各生产切换时间,区分内外部操作,将内部操作尽量转换为外部操作,缩短内部操作等。结果表明,片剂生产线切换的总时间由原来的160分钟减少至100分钟,整体切换时间缩短了38%。本文旨在为制药企业或其他企业应用SMED技术减少生产切换时间,或是应用精益生产方式提高生产效率做参考。
To improve the production efficiency of pharmaceutical enterprises, and also considered the characteristics of drug production, in this paper, we apply quick die change technology(SMED) to the production line to improve the process of die change. The process includes measuring the production changeover time, distinguishing the internal and external operations, and transforming internal operation to external operation as far as possible, and then shortening the internal operations, etc. The results show that the total time of the production line switching from the original 160 minutes to 100 minutes, the overall switching time is reduced by 38%. The purpose of this paper is to prove a reference for the pharmaceutical industry or other enterprise who will try to use SMED to reduce production switching time, or apply lean production to improve production efficiency.
