摘要
目的:探讨当前形势下如何建立食品行业协会并使之在食品安全治理中发挥良好作用。方法:结合我国食品产业发展现状及政府监管面临的问题,分析食品行业协会参与食品安全监管的优势。结果与结论:建立新型的食品行业协会,保持其非政府属性、自治属性,赋予其培训引导、自律管理、协助监管三项职能,有利于大大提高食品安全治理的成效。
Objective: To explore how to set up food industry associations and how to exert their positive influence on food safety supervision in the current situation. Methods: The situation of food industry in China and the existing problems of food safety supervision were summarized, and the advantages of food industry associations involved in food safety regulation were analyzed. Results and Conclusion: It is necessary to establish a new food industry association, keep it nongovernmental and autonomous, and develop the functions of training, self-discipline management and regulatory assistance, so as to greatly improve the effectiveness of food safety governance.
