OPT治疗睑板腺功能障碍型干眼症的应用研究
摘要
目的探讨OPT在治疗睑板腺功能障碍型干眼症的疗效。方法选取2018年1月至3月睑板腺功能障碍型干眼症的患者100例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各50例。治疗组采用OPT治疗模式,对照组采用药物熏蒸按摩治疗模式,比较两组的疗效。结果治疗组的疗效明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 OPT治疗睑板腺功能障碍型干眼症的疗效显著,值得在临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the curative effect of OPT in the treatment of blepharoblastic dry eye disease.Methods 100 cases of patients with dysplasia of the eyelid from January to march of 2018 were selected, randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each group with 50 cases.The treatment group adopted OPT treatment mode, and the control group adopted the drug fumigation and massage therapy mode to compare the efficacy of the two groups.Results The efficacy of treatment group was better than that of control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion OPT is effective in the treatment of blepharoblastic type xerophthalmia, which is worthy of clinical application.
