摘要
目的:采用体外抗氧化实验,对多花筋骨草醇提物的抗氧化活性进行研究,为多花筋骨草的开发和应用提供参考数据。方法:用甲醇冷浸提取多花筋骨草,减压浓缩得到多花筋骨草醇提物,采用1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼(DPPH·)法、2,2'-联氮-双(3-乙基苯并噻唑啉-6-磺酸)二铵盐(ABTS+)法和总还原能力测定法,研究其提取物的抗氧化活性。结果:多花筋骨草醇提物对DPPH·、ABTS+均有清除活性,以及较强还原能力,且DPPH·清除活性(IC50值)为0.348 mg/mL、ABTS+清除活性(IC50值)为0.292 mg/mL,总还原能力(IC50值)为2.736 mg/mL。结论:多花筋骨草醇提物有较强的抗氧化活性,且抗氧化活性与醇提物质量浓度两者间存在一定量效关联。
        Objective :The anti-oxidation activity of the ethanol extract of Ajuga multiflora Bunge was studied by in vitro antioxidant experiment,which provided reference data for the development and application of Ajuga multiflora Bunge. Methods :The extract of Ajuga multiflora Bunge was extracted by cold soaking with methanol,and concentrated under reduced pressure to obtain ethanol extract of Ajuga multiflora Bunge. The antioxidation activities of dried residues were detected and evaluated by three methods of DPPH·,ABTS+ and total reducing power. Results :The ethanol extract of Ajuga multifloraBunge,as the scavenging activity on DPPH·and ABTS+,and had strong reducing power,and DPPH·clearing activity(IC50 value)was 0.348 mg/mL,and ABTS+ scavenging activity(IC50 value)was 0.292 mg/mL. And total reducing power(IC50 value)was 2.736 mg/mL. Conclusion :The ethanol extract of Ajuga multiflora Bunge has strong antioxidant activity,and there is a dose-effect correlation between antioxidant activity and alcohol extract mass concentration.
