摘要

随着网络技术的发展,信息化管理和利用已成为时代的主流。网络环境下,人们对高校档案利用的意愿和要求随之提高,然而受制于诸多因素,这种意愿和要求无法得到充分满足。目前高校档案信息化平台建设发展不平衡,数字档案信息资源体系建设滞后,协同利用程度低。建议加大档案网络平台建设,加强数字档案资源体系建设,实现高校档案利用的网络化。
        With the development of network technology,informatization management and utilization have become mainstream of the times.In network environment,people's aspiration and requirement for utilizing college archives have increased accordingly.However,such aspiration and requirement cannot be fully satisfied at present due to many factors,for instance,unbalance between construction and development of informatization platform of college archives,lagging of the construction of information resources system of digital archives,and low degree of coordinated development.Therefore,it is wise to reinforce the construction of archives network platform and of digital archives resources system,and achieve networkization of college archives utilization.
