摘要
为了使6号高炉封炉复风后的炉况快速恢复,本次高炉封炉料采用了三段式炉料结构,分别是净焦段+净焦熔剂段+焦炭熔剂负荷料段.复风前进行铁口埋氧枪加热炉缸措施.复风后,高炉渣铁物理热充沛,渣铁排放通畅,高炉接受风量,炉内下料顺畅.本次6号高炉的封炉料加入合理,达到了高炉顺利复风、炉况快速恢复的目的.
        In order to quickly restart the blast furnace after blowing out and reblowing in, the three-stage burden charging structure is adopted, which concludes the net coke section plus the net coke flux section plus the load section of the coke flux. The hearth is heated by burying oxygen lance in taphole before reblowing in.After reblowing in, the physical heat of slag iron in blast furnace is abundant, and the discharge of slag iron is smooth. Then the blast furnace receives air flow, and the charging of material in the furnace is smooth. The reasonable charging of burden in No. 6 BF has achieved the goal of reblowing in and rapid recovery of BF condition.
