摘要
新钢2座2 500 m3高炉投产,坚持以"提高煤气利用率,节能降耗"为中心,在原燃料质量逐年下滑的不利情况下,通过采用时间法与中心加焦巧妙结合优化布料、树立"坚持开放中心,适当抑制边缘"理念、提高富氧率及高压操作、控制经济冶炼强度等冶炼措施,维护合理的操作炉型,高炉的各项经济技术指标得到改善,已达到国内同类型高炉先进水平.
        Technological progress of Xingang 2 500 m3 blast furnace is summarized. In the past three years,the new first ironmaking plant firmly grasped the " increasing the utilization rate of gas,saving energy and reducing consumption" as the main line. In the unfavorable situation that the original fuel quality went down year by year,through the effective implementation of a series of measures,the methods and the center coke charging were skillfully combined with the optimization of burden distribution. Concepts of " adhere to the open center,appropriate inhibition of edge" were set up. Measures for improving the rate of oxygen and high pressure operation,controlling the smelting intensity economic smelting,maintaining a reasonable operational furnace type were adopted which improved the economic and technical indicators of the blast furnace and made the blast furnace reach the domestic advanced level of the same type.
