摘要

对韶钢7号、8号2座大高炉采取改善原燃料质量、优化布料矩阵、提高风温和富氧、加强炉前操作等措施后,大高炉的煤比提高到150 kg/t,焦比下降到360 kg/t,生铁成本明显下降。
        The measurements are taken to improve the original fuel quality,optimizing the distribution matrix,increasing wind temperature and oxygen enrichment,strengthening the furnace operation for the two big blast furnaces of No. 7,& No. 8. Large blast furnace coal ratio increases to 150 kg / t,coke rates to 360 kg / t and the cost of pig iron decreases obviously.
