摘要
湖南华菱湘钢利用真空组坯轧制复合技术,工业化试制了304-14Cr1MoR复合板。研究了复合板界面结合率及热处理工艺对其力学性能和显微组织的影响。结果表明:复合板探伤合格率为99%,达到RⅡ级;结合界面处的夹杂物缺陷主要为铬锰氧化物;正火+回火及淬火+回火热处理后的力学性能皆满足标准要求,且富余量较高;剪切强度达到370 MPa以上,富余量在160MPa以上;复合板的头、中、尾部进行弯曲试验后未发现裂纹;不同热处理状态下的复合板组织中,基材14Cr1MoR一侧均存在组织梯度,靠近结合界面处的基材存在200 um厚度的脱碳层,且这个脱碳层处的组织均为粗大的铁素体;复材不锈钢304侧为单一奥氏体组织,晶粒较为均匀。
        The 304-14 Cr1 MoR composite plate was industrialized and trial-produced by Xiangtan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd.of Hunan Valin using vacuum combined slab rolling technology.The effects of interfacial bonding rate and heat treatment process on the mechanical properties and microstructures of composite plates were studied. The results show that the qualified rate of composite plate is 99%, reaching RII grade; the inclusion defects at the interface are mainly chromium manganese oxide; the mechanical properties after normalizing + tempering and quenching + tempering all meet the standard requirements, and the margins are large; the shear strength is more than 370 MPa, and the margin is more than 160 MPa; no crack is found at the head, middle and tail of composite plate after bending test. In the structure of composite plate under different heat treatment conditions, there are structural gradients on the side of 14 Cr1 MoR,decarbonization layers of 200 um thickness near the interface, and the structure of decarbonization layer is coarse ferrite; the 304 side of composite stainless steel is single austenite structure, and the grains are more uniform.
