日本癌症预防控制体系概况及对我国的启示

摘要
目的分析日本癌症防控体系的组织架构、资金支持、法律保障等情况与特点,提出了可供我国癌症防控工作的几点启示。方法检索国内外相关文献与政府官方网站。结果日本的癌症防控体系整体上呈现出横向合作的模式,癌症工作由多部门及社会团体共同参与完成并且有法律法规作为实施依据。结论借鉴日本的经验,我国应加快建立健全癌症防控的法律法规,健全高效的癌症防治体系,进一步结合国情,制定适宜我国的防控策略。
This paper describes the structure,financing,and policies of cancer prevention and control system in Japan and analyses its characteristics. Cancer prevention and control system in Japan as a whole shows a horizontal cooperation model. The cancer work is jointly completed by various departments and social organizations,and laws and regulations are used as the basis for implementation.Drawing on Japan's experience,China should speed up the establishment of laws and regulations on cancer prevention and control,improve the effective cancer prevention and control system,and further integrate national conditions to formulate appropriate prevention and control strategies for China.
