摘要
信息网络拓扑结构经过多年的研究和发展,已经得到了极大改进,产生了星型结构、总线结构和网状结构,实现了数据传输与共享。医院信息化系统非常多,覆盖了挂号、诊断、治疗、住院、药物、财务和办公等各个环节,部署的软件系统、硬件设备较多。因此,需要利用光纤网络集成软硬件资源,构建一个先进的办公网络。笔者分析了医院信息化办公网络的应用需求,比如高清视频、影像图片和语音文字等,同时,结合医院购置设备多、通信部署点多的特点,构建了一个分层化的网络拓扑结构,以期为医院提供强大的信息传输服务支撑。
After years of research and development, the information network topology has been greatly improved. Star structure, bus structure and network structure have been produced, and data transmission and sharing have been realized. There are many hospital information systems, covering registration, diagnosis, treatment, hospitalization, medicine, finance and office, etc. There are many deployed software systems and hardware equipment. Therefore, it is necessary to use optical fiber network to integrate hardware and software resources to build an advanced office network. The author analyzed the application requirements of hospital information office network, such as high-definition video, image, voice and text. At the same time, combined with the characteristics of hospital purchasing more equipment and more communication deployment points, a hierarchical network topology structure was constructed to provide strong information transmission service support for hospitals.
