植入物及外来医疗器械质量追溯管理的实践

摘要
目的规范植入物及外来医疗器械的管理,保证手术使用及患者安全。方法 2016年7月-2017年6月的248包植入物及外来医疗器械实施质量追溯管理为试验组,2015年7月-2016年6月的223包植入物及外来医疗器械实施传统处理方式为对照组。对比实施前后两组清洗合格率、包装合格率、信息记录完整率、供应准时率等信息。结果植入物及外来医疗器械质量追溯管理后清洗合格率、信息记录完整率、供应准时率均有所提高,差别有统计学意义(P <0.05),两组包装合格率对比并无统计学差异(P> 0.05)。结论采用质量追溯管理的方法能有效提高植入物及外来医疗器械的清洗、灭菌质量,保证植入物及外来器械及时安全供应,降低了医疗风险。
Objective To standardize the management of implants and foreign medical devices to ensure the safety of patients and operation.Methods 248 packages of implants and foreign medical devices were retrospectively managed from July 2016 to June 2017 as the experimental group, and 223 packages of implants and foreign medical devices from July 2015 to June 2016 as the control group. Compared the two groups before and after the implementation of cleaning pass rate, packaging pass rate, information record integrity rate, supply punctuality rate and other information. Results The qualified rate of cleaning, the complete rate of information record and the punctual rate of supply of implants were improved after retrospective management. The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). There was no statistical difference in the qualified rate of packaging between the two groups(P > 0.05). Conclusion Quality traceability management can effectively improve the quality of cleaning and sterilization of implants and foreign medical devices, ensure the timely and safe supply of implants and foreign medical devices, and reduce medical risks.
