摘要
研究了用水浸法回收钼精矿烟尘中铼和钼的工艺条件,考察烟尘焙烧时间与温度、浸出温度与时间、液固比等对铼和钼浸出率的影响。结果表明,在200℃焙烧4h后,在液固比2∶1、常温浸出2h的条件下,铼浸出率达到94%以上,钼浸出率降低到10%以下,初步实现铼的选择性浸出。
Process conditions to recover rhenium and molybdenum from dust of molybdenum concentrate by water leaching were studied.Effects of roasting time and temperature of dust,leaching temperature and time,and L/S on leaching rate of rhenium and molybdenum were investigated.The results show that rhenium leaching rate is 94% above and molybdenum leaching rate is 10% below under the conditions including roasting temperature of 200 ℃,roasting time of 4 h,and leaching at room temperature for 2 hours with L/S=2∶1.Selective extraction of rhenium is preliminary realized.
