越桔VcWRKY33基因的分离及其响应胁迫的表达分析

摘要
以南高丛越桔"雷格西"Vaccinium corymbosum ‘Legacy’为试材,克隆与抗逆相关的WRKY基因,分析其表达模式及其对高盐、低温、渗透(PEG6000)和水杨酸处理的响应。结果表明,克隆获得越桔VcWRKY33基因,其编码蛋白含有2个WRKYGQK结构域和1个C2H2锌指结构。VcWRKY33在不同组织器官中均可表达,但表达量差异明显,在幼叶中表达量较高。该基因明显受高盐、低温、PEG 6000和水杨酸诱导表达。VcWRKY33在越桔的抗盐及抗寒等过程中可能起重要作用。
