摘要
简述了植物种子油体和大豆油体的特点,重点介绍了国内外大豆油体的提取方法和技术,分析了大豆油体提取过程中的影响因素,最后对大豆油体在食品领域的应用进行了简要说明。
The characteristics of see extraction method and purifying technology of soybean oil body at home and abroad were introduced with emphasis, and the influence factors in the process of soybean oil body extraction was analyzed, finally the application of soybean oil body in the field of food was introducted briefly.
