摘要
20Mn2无缝钢管在推方过程中,角部出现细微裂纹,对管体进行了化学成分及热酸低倍检验,利用金相显微镜和扫描电镜对其进行微观分析。分析表明,非金属夹杂物是引起裂纹的主要原因,并对夹杂物做定性分析,找出其来源,并提出相应的改进措施。
In the thrusting block process of 20Mn2 seamless steel tube,there are fine cracks in the corner.The tube is inspected through chemical composition test and macroscopic examination of hot acid etching,the micro structure is analyzed by means of metallographic microscope and scanning electron microscope.The analysis shows that the nonmetallic inclusions are the main cause of cracks,and the qualitative analysis of the inclusions is made to find out the source and to put forward the corresponding improvement measures.
