摘要
与纯金属和合金镀层相比,复合镀层具有更加致密的结构及更加优良的综合性能,已引起了国内外学者的广泛关注。在电沉积复合镀层的过程中引入超声波,不仅能改善镀液中微粒的分散度并降低微粒的团聚,还能进一步提高复合镀层的性能。介绍了超声空化效应对复合镀层性能的影响机制。
        Composite coating has the characteristics of compact microstructure and excellent comprehensive properties compared to pure metal and alloy coating,thus attract wide attention of scholars both at home and abroad.The introduction of ultrasound in process of electrodepositing composite coatings can not only improve the dispersity and reduce the agglomeration of particles in the bath,but also to improve the properties of composite coatings.The mechanism of the influence of acoustic cavitation on the properties of composite coatings was introduced.
