分析多发性骨髓瘤肾损伤行硼替佐米治疗效果

摘要
目的探析多发性骨髓瘤肾损伤患者采取硼替佐米为主方案治疗效果。方法选取本院2016年1月—2018年10月接收的多发性骨髓瘤肾损伤患者88例作为研究对象。根据患者入院时间,将其平均分为两组,每组各44例。对照组采取常规VAD治疗方案,研究组则接受硼替佐米为主的化疗方案,对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果研究组患者的治疗总有效率较对照组更高,而肾脏无效率较对照组更低,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);在活力、情感职能、生理机能、躯体疼痛、生理职能、总体健康、社会功能及精神健康评分方面,研究组均较对照组更高,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论多发性骨髓瘤肾损伤疾病治疗期间,采取硼替佐米为主的治疗方案,不仅可以改善患者身体症状,减轻患者肾损伤,同时有助于促进患者生活质量的提高。
Objective To investigate the effect of bortezomib in the treatment of patients with multiple myeloma and kidney injury. Methods88 patients with multiple myeloma and kidney injury received in our hospital from January 2016 to October 2018 were selected as the study subjects. According to the time of admission, the patients were divided into two groups, 44 cases in each group. The control group received routine VAD treatment. The study group received bortezomib-based chemotherapy.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the renal inefficiency rate was lower than that of the control group(P< 0.05). In terms of vitality, emotional function, physiological function,physical pain, physiological function, general health, social function and mental health score, the study group was higher than the control group,with statistical significance(P < 0.05). Conclusion During the treatment of multiple myeloma and kidney injury, the treatment plan based on bortezomib can not only improve the physical symptoms of patients, but also reduce the renal damage of patients, and help to improve the quality of life of patients.
