摘要
以酒精为淬火介质,来解决45钢水淬易开裂而油淬不硬的问题。结果表明:酒精辅助淬火能避免水淬开裂现象,而且样品综合力学性能得到有效提高。相对水淬,酒精淬火时样品强硬度略有下降,但韧塑性得到显著提高;随着酒精浓度的增加,珠光体片层间距先减小后增大。在酒精体积浓度45%时,珠光体分布最均匀且片层间距最小,表现出良好的综合力学性能。
Alcohol is used as quenching medium to solve the problem that 45 steel is easy to crack by water quenching but not hardened by oil quenching. The results show that, alcohol auxiliary quenching can avoid water quenching cracking.Moreover, the comprehensive mechanical properties of the samples are improved effectively. Compared with that by water quenching, the hardness of the samples decreases slightly, but the ductility of the samples is significantly improved after quenched by alcohol. With the increase of alcohol concentration, the lamellar spacing of pearlite decreases first and then increases. When the alcohol volume concentration is 45%, the pearlite distribution is the most uniform and the lamellar spacing is the smallest, which shows good comprehensive mechanical properties.
