基于物联网的水电企业一线班组智能管理

摘要
互联网+是创新2.0下的互联网发展新业态,是知识社会发展新形态,其为传统行业的改革、创新、发展提供了网络平台支撑。利用信息通信技术和互联网平台,将物联网的创新成果融合于水电企业一线班组建设之中,进行了互联网+班组智能化管理的实践和探索,针对班组管理的实际问题,提出了班组考勤、班组仓库和班组巡检的智能化管理思路。
Internet+ is a new form of the Internet under the Innovation 2.0 concept. It is a new development form of the knowledge society, which provides a network platform for the reform, innovation and development of traditional industries. Based on the information communication technology and the Internet platform, the innovative development of the Internet of Things is adopted into the construction of the frontline teams in hydropower enterprises. An Internet+ mode intelligent management of frontline teams is developed and explored. Considering the practical problems in the team management, intelligent management measures such as the team attendance checking, team warehouse and team inspection are proposed.
