摘要
随着工业现代化的进一步发展,对产品可靠性的要求变得越来越高。要想获得高可靠性的产品,仅仅通过理论分析和仿真设计是远远不够的。因为理论设计和仿真不能保证生产过程中对工艺的有效控制,因而导致不确定度增加,所以必须要进行必要的现场试验。而振动试验又是环境可靠性试验中最为重要的试验内容,因此保证振动试验的规范性及正确性就显得尤为重要了。夹具设计是振动试验的一个重要环节。良好的夹具是振动试验能够顺利进行的保证。对两种典型的振动夹具的动态特性进行了分析,结果表明:盒型夹具的动态特性较差,因而对于一些重要的试件,应避免使用这种夹具进行试验;而抽屉型夹具的动态特性和安装面的均匀性都较好,但不适合体积较大的试件。
With the further development of industrial modernization,the requirements of product reliability become higher and higher.In order to obtain high reliability products,it is not enough to just rely on theoretical analysis and simulation design.Because the theoretical design and simulation can not guarantee the effective control of the process in the production process,the uncertainty will increase.So,necessary field tests must be carried out.The vibration test is the most important test content in the environmental reliability test.Therefore,it is particularly important to ensure the standardness and correctness of the vibration test.Fixture design is an important part of vibration test.And a good fixture is a guarantee that the vibration test can proceed smoothly.The dynamic characteristics of two typical vibration fixture are analyzed.And the results show that the dynamic charcteristics of box-type fixture are poor,so it is not recommended to apply them to the vibration tests of some important specimens.And the dynamic characteristics and the uniformity of mounting surface of drawer-type fixture are good,but it is not suitable for the vibration test of the larger specimens.
