摘要
中药配伍减毒在人体内的作用机制主要有药物作用受体调节、药物代谢组学的影响、药物蛋白组学的影响、药物基因组学的影响。配伍药物在体内会改变有毒中药发挥药效物质的分布表现、药物浓度和人体对药物的吸收,同时可以改变有毒物质的分子结构,从而达到减毒增效的目的。体外机制包括组织器官结构和细胞分子水平的影响,Caco-2细胞模型、肝肠微粒体模型、肠道菌代谢模型可以很好地解释体外机制。总之,中药在配伍过程中药效及毒性均会发生一定变化,变化的具体方式需要体内及体外共同研究确定,进而充分了解药物的毒性改变,对中药配伍研究及中医药发展具有重要意义。
        The mechanism of reducing toxicity of compatibility of Chinese materia medica in the human body mainly includes the regulation of Chinese materia medica receptors,the influence of Chinese materia medica metabolomics,the influence of Chinese materia medica proteomics,and the influence of pharmacogenomics. Compatibility of Chinese materia medica in the body will change the distribution of toxic Chinese materia medica,the concentration of Chinese materia medica and the absorption of Chinese materia medica by the human body,and at the same time can change the molecular structure of toxic substances,thereby achieving the purpose of reducing toxicity and increasing efficiency. In vitro mechanisms include tissue organ structure and cellular molecular level effects. Caco-2 cell models,liver-intestinal microsome models,and intestinal metabolic models can well explain in vitro mechanisms. In short,the efficacy and toxicity of Chinese materia medica will change in the process of compatibility. The specific method of change needs to be determined together in vivo and in vitro,so as to fully understand the toxicity change of Chinese materia medica,which is of great significance to the research of Chinese materia medica compatibility and the development of Chinese medicine.
