子午流注艾灸联合耳穴压豆对冠心病伴功能性便秘干预效果评价

摘要
目的:分析评价子午流注无烟艾灸联合耳穴压豆对冠心病伴功能性便秘患者中医护理干预的效果。方法:选取2016年1月至2018年9月重庆市梁平区中医医院心内科冠心病伴功能性便秘患者64例,随机均分为对照组和观察组各32例。对照组给予饮食调护等常规护理指导干预,观察组在对照组基础上实施子午流注指导下无烟艾灸联合耳穴压豆中医护理干预措施。干预10d为1个疗程,共3个疗程。对比两组患者3个疗程内功能性便秘临床改善效果。结果:观察组总有效率为96.88%(31/32),对照组总有效率为62.5%(20/32),观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.001);观察组平均排便次数明显多于对照组,观察组平均排便时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对冠心病伴功能性便秘患者实施子午流注无烟艾灸联合耳穴压豆,通过穴位刺激以补益气血通畅,显著改善了患者的排便功能,操作简便,标本兼治。
Objective: Analyze and evaluate the effect of meridian flow of smokeless moxibustion combined with auricular acupoints on TCM nursing intervention for patients with coronary heart disease and functional constipation. Methods: Sixty-four patients with coronary heart disease and functional constipation in the Department of Cardiology, Liangping District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2016 to September 2018 were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention interventions such as diet adjustment, and the observation group implemented the intervention measures of smokeless moxibustion combined with auricular point pressing traditional Chinese medicine under the guidance of meridian flow injection on the basis of the control group. Intervention for 10 days is a course of treatment, a total of 3 courses. The clinical improvement effect of functional constipation in 3 courses was compared between the two groups. Results: The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.88%(31/32), and the total effective rate of the control group was 62.5%(20/32). The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P < 0.001). The average number of bowel movements in the observation group was significantly higher. In the control group, the average defecation time in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion: For patients with coronary heart disease and functional constipation, the implementation of meridian flow of smokeless moxibustion combined with auricular acupoint pressing beans, through acupoint stimulation to replenish qi and blood to the intestine, significantly improved the patient's defecation function, easy to operate, both the symptoms and root causes.
