摘要
在电力通信网运行质量评价过程中,评价指标具有不同类型和不同效用。如何利用恰当的效用函数实现多指标的合理汇聚,是正确实现运行质量评价的关键。针对这一问题,文章分析了电力通信网运行质量评价指标的性质和数据类型;通过效用函数及其参数确定方法的合理设计,实现了不同类型指标的统一度量,满足了多指标聚合的需求;以电力通信传输网运行质量评估指标体系为例,验证了所设计的效用函数的可行性和有效性。通过与标准化指标聚合方法相比,基于效用函数的电力通信网运行质量评价方法具有显著的灵活性。
In the process of power communication network operation quality evaluation, evaluation indicators have different types and different effects. How to use the appropriate utility function to achieve reasonable convergence of multiple indicators is the key to correctly realize the evaluation of operational quality.For this problem, this paper analyzed the nature and data type of the evaluation indicators of the power communication network. Through the rational design of the utility function and its parameter determination method, the unified measurement of different types of indicators was realized, which satisfied the requirements of multi-indicator aggregation. Taking the power communication transmission network operation quality evaluation indicator system as an example, the feasibility and validity of the designed utility function were verified.Compared with the standardized indicator aggregation method, the utility function based power communication network operation quality evaluation method has significant flexibility.
