基于WeCenter的高校图书馆“知乎”型知识问答平台构建研究

摘要
近年来,社会化问答平台发展迅速,已成为用户咨询问题、交流想法以及分享知识的重要途径,这为图书馆知识服务带来了新的服务方式。从"知乎"的知识交流机制、用户参与机制和管理机制3个方面入手,总结了"知乎"的成功策略,探析了高校图书馆引入"知乎"型知识问答平台的可行性,分析了WeCenter的功能特点,探索了高校图书馆知识问答平台构建的方式和策略。
Question and Answer(Q&A)platform of socialization has been rising in recent years as an essential route of consulting issues,exchanging ideas and sharing knowledge for users,which enlightens the way of improving the knowledge service of university library.Starting from the knowledge exchange mechanism,user participation mechanism and management mechanism,this paper summarizes the successful strategy of Zhihu,discusses the feasibility of implementing the Q&A platform of"Zhihu-style"in university library,analyzes the features and functions of WeCenter,and investigates the way and strategy of knowledge Q&A platform construction in university library.
