摘要

肾纤维化是多种慢性肾脏病进展至终末期肾脏病的共同通路,其发生机制尚未完全阐明,中医学认为肾纤维化病机在于肾络痹阻,病理性质为本虚标实。文章从三焦气化与三焦相火理论探究肾纤维化病机,以期更深入认识肾纤维化,为治疗慢性肾脏病提供更多的选择。
        Renal fibrosis is the common pathway of many chronic kidney diseases progressing to end-stage kidney diseases. Its pathogenesis has not been fully elucidated. Traditional medicine believes that the pathogenesis of renal fibrosis is due to obstruction of kidney collaterals, and its pathological nature is based on deficiency and excess. The article explored the pathogenesis of renal fibrosis from the theory of sanjiao qi transformation and sanjiao ministerial fire in order to better understand renal fibrosis and provide more choices for the treatment of chronic kidney disease.
