实操性停车设施规划编制的探索——以绩溪县为例

摘要
随着社会经济的快速发展、国家汽车产业的战略推进以及居民生活水平的改善,城市的机动车保有量逐年增长,从而造成行车难、停车难,城市环境质量下降的局面。以绩溪县城为例,分别从停车需求、停车对策以及近期停车设施规划等方面着手,探索适合城市特点的停车发展战略对策,制定面向实施的停车发展规划,为适应城市交通的发展,缓解中心城区的停车难矛盾,提升城市的品位做好技术上的准备。
With the rapid development of social economy,national automobile industry strategy and improvement of living standards,motor vehicle ownership in urban areas increases year by year, resulting in traffic jams,parking space shortage and degradation of urban environment. Based on a case study of Jixi County,aspects like parking demand,parking strategy and recent parking facility planning has been discussed to explore strategies and countermeasures suitable for specific cities and formulate implementation-oriented development plan of parking in order to adapt to urban transportation development, lessen parking space shortage in the city center and be technically prepared for city upgradation.
