摘要
目的对1起食源性疾病暴发事件进行流行病学调查。方法 2018年4月28日对25例病人进行流行病学个案调查,分析暴发原因。结果本次事件共发病30例。发病潜伏期为17~48 h。所有病例的临床症状相似,以发热、腹痛腹泻、头痛头晕为主。因受案距发病时间较长,未进行诺如病毒实验室检测,依据《诺如病毒感染暴发调查和预防控制技术指南(2015版)》,符合卡普兰标准(KaplanCriteria)的4项特征,判定为疑似诺如病毒感染聚集性疫情或暴发。结论该事件是1起因诺如病毒感染暴发事件。
Objective To conduct an epidemiological investigation on a food-borne disease outbreak. Methods On April 28,2018,epidemiological case study was conducted to 25 patients to analyze the causes of the outbreak. Results A total of 30 cases occurred in the outbreak.The incubation period was 17-48 h.All patients had similar clinical symptoms,mainly were fever,abdominal pain,diarrhea,and headache and dizziness.Due to the long gap between cases onset and confirmed the outbreak,no laboratory test of norovirus was carried out.According to the Norovirus Infection Outbreak Investigation and Prevention Control Technical Guide(2015 Edition),the cases met the 4 characteristics of Kaplancriteria,therefore it was confirmed as clustered outbreak or outbreak of suspected norovirus infection. Conclusion The outbreak is caused by norovirus.
