摘要
目的提高凹版印刷机套印精度,以及控制系统的简易性和可扩展性。方法基于DSP设计一种自动套色控制系统。详细介绍自动套色基本原理,并论述误差检测和修正方法。以DSP芯片TMS320F2812为核心搭建控制系统,给出硬件和软件设计方法,同时利用u C/OS-II进行上位机监控系统设计。分别在实验室和工业现场进行相关测试。结果所述控制系统的套准精度可以达到0.1 mm,实时性较好。结论该控制系统具有套印精度高、响应速度快、可扩展等优点,满足工艺要求。
        The work aims to improve the overprint precision of gravure printing machines and the simplicity and scalability of control system. An automatic register control system was designed based on DSP. The basic principle of automatic register was introduced in detail and the error detection and correction methods were discussed. The control system was built with DSP chip TMS320 F2812 as the core and the design methods of hardware and software were given. Meanwhile, the PC monitoring system was also designed with u C/O-II. The related tests were respectively carried out in the laboratory and industrial field. The overprint precision of the above-mentioned control system could reach 0.1 mm and it had good real-time performance. The control system has such advantages as high overprint precision, fast response speed and scalability. It can meet the technological requirements.
