多媒体健康教育对产妇分娩过程及临床效果分析

摘要
为探究多媒体健康教育对促进自然分娩率、负性情绪及临床效果影响,本研究回顾性选取我院收治的孕妇260例,根据宣教方法不同分为对照组和观察组。对照组孕妇采用常规产前宣教,观察组在对照组治疗基础上联合多媒体健康教育,分析两组孕妇自然分娩率、知识掌握率、产程时间、负性情绪改善情况。结果显示,观察组孕妇分娩技巧、饮食营养、产后康复、母乳喂养知识掌握率、自然分娩率均高于对照组,第1产程、第2产程、第3产程时间均短于对照组(p<0.05)。入院时,两组孕妇SAS评分、SDS评分比较无统计学差异(p>0.05)。出院时,观察组孕妇SAS评分、SDS评分均低于对照组(p<0.05)。两组孕妇选择剖宫产的原因中社会因素所致病例数目比较,差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。本研究表明采用多媒体对孕妇进行健康教育可提高孕妇知识掌握率、自然分娩率、缩短产程、降低孕妇负性情绪。
        To investigate the effects of multimedia health education on natural childbirth rate, negative emotions and clinical effects, in this study, 260 pregnant women admitted to our hospital were retrospectively selected,which were divided into control group and observation group according to different education methods. The pregnant women in the control group received routine prenatal education, and the observation group was combined with multimedia health education on the basis of treatment in the control group. The natural delivery rate,knowledge grasping rate, duration of labor, and negative emotion improvement of the pregnant women in the two groups were analyzed. It was showed that the observation group of pregnant women skills, nutrition, breastfeeding rate of postpartum rehabilitation, master the knowledge, the natural childbirth rate was higher than the control group, the 1, 2, 3 durations were shorter than the control group(p<0.05). At the time of admission, two groups of pregnant women had no significant difference in SAS score, SDS score(p>0.05). At the time of discharge, the SAS score and SDS score in observation group were lower than the control group(p<0.05). Two groups of pregnant women to choose the number of social factors in the cause of cesarean section caused by case comparison, the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05). It could be indicated in this study that using multimedia to carry out health education for pregnant women ccould improve the knowledge rate of pregnant women, the rate of natural childbirth, shorten the birth process, and reduce the negative emotions of pregnant women.
