摘要
目的优化炮天雄中多糖超声辅助提取的最佳工艺条件。方法以多糖得率为指标,在单因素实验的基础上,选择超声功率、超声时间和液料比3个提取因素为影响因素,根据Box-Behnken响应面实验原理设计3因素3水平的响应面实验,通过对各因子显著性和交互作用的分析,确定超声提取炮天雄多糖的最佳工艺。结果最佳提取工艺为超声功率270 W,超声时间13min,液料比25∶1(mL∶g),在此条件下,多糖得率为45.91%,与理论值46.14%非常接近。结论采用响应面法优化炮天雄多糖超声提取的工艺可行,可作为炮天雄多糖的提取方法。
        Objective To optimize the ultrasonic-assisted extraction process of polysaccharides from Processed Tianxiong by response surface methodology.Methods 3 influencing factors(ultrasonic-power,ultrasonic-time,liquid-solid ratio)were selected to investigate polysaccharides yield which were based on single factor experiment,then the response surface test of 3 factors and 3 levels was designed,according to the theory of Box-Behnken response surface methodology.The ultrasonic-assisted extraction for polysaccharides from Processed Tianxiong was optimized by analyzing the significance and interaction of each factor.Results The optimal process extraction was as follows:the power of ultrasonics was 270 Wand the extraction time of ultrasonics was 13 min,and liquid-solid ratio was 25∶1(mL∶g).Under such conditions,the extraction ratio of polysaccharides from Processed Tianxiong was45.91%,which was basically closed to the predicted of 46.14%.Conclusion The extraction process of polysaccharides from Processed Tianxiong is feasible,and can be used for the extraction of polysaccharides from Processed Tianxiong.
