摘要
随着我国经济的不断发展,进一步扩大了市场对钛白粉的需求,因此加深了研究者对钛白粉的研究。并且,目前市场上所使用的钛白粉,其粒子表面的性质较为单一,无法适应一些特殊情况;同时,钛白粉粒子的导电性能较差,使得钛白粉粒子表面的电阻能力较差。为了提高钛白粉的制备技术,扩大钛白粉的应用范围,例如使钛白粉可以广泛应用在油罐内壁、输油管道等导(静)电专用涂料产品当中,需要采用一定的技术措施对钛白粉进行一定的处理。因此,本文在改进表面处理工艺制备导电型钛白粉工艺的基础上,研究导电钛白粉的工艺性质;主要研究导电钛白粉在水中的一些性质,包括分散性以及电化学性能。通过设计导电型钛白粉的制备方案,来研究其在水中的分散性以及电化学性能。对于推动钛白粉的应用具有重要作用,同时也促进了钛白粉制备技术领域的进一步发展。
        With the continuous development of our country's economy, the demand for titanium dioxide in the market has been further expanded, thus deepening researchers' research on titanium dioxide. Moreover, the titanium dioxide currently used in the market has a single surface property and can't adapt to some special situations. At the same time, the electric conductivity of titanium dioxide particles is poor, which makes the surface resistance of titanium dioxide particles poor. In order to improve the preparation technology of titanium dioxide and expand the application range of titanium dioxide, for example, titanium dioxide can be widely used in oil tank inner wall, oil pipeline and other special electric conduction(static) coating products, certain technical measures need to be adopted to carry out certain treatment on titanium dioxide. Therefore, on the basis of improving the surface treatment process to prepare conductive titanium dioxide, this paper studies the technological properties of conductive titanium dioxide. This paper mainly studies some properties of conductive titanium dioxide in water, including dispersibility and electrochemical properties. The dispersibility and electrochemical properties of conductive titanium dioxide in water were studied by designing a preparation scheme of conductive titanium dioxide. It plays an important role in promoting the application of titanium dioxide and also promotes the further development in the technical field of titanium dioxide preparation.
