摘要
以半方差函数为工具对豫中烟区烟叶烟碱含量和土壤颗粒组成的空间变异性特征进行地统计学分析,并对二者进行相关性分析,绘制研究区内具有区域性变量特征的烟叶烟碱含量和不同粒径土壤颗粒组成的空间分布图,以期为河南省烟草的合理布局提供依据。相关性分析表明,豫中烟区烟叶烟碱含量与粒径0. 05~0. 10 mm和粒径<0. 001 mm的土壤颗粒含量呈极显著负相关,与粒径0. 001~0. 010 mm的土壤颗粒含量呈极显著正相关。半方差模型分析结果表明,豫中烟区烟叶烟碱含量符合指数模型,块金值/基台值即C_0/(C_0+C)为0. 31,为中等程度变异性。土壤颗粒组成中,粒径0. 001~0. 010 mm和粒径<0. 001 mm的土壤颗粒含量的C_0/(C_0+C)分别为0. 23和0. 24,均小于0. 25,属于强空间变异性;粒径> 0. 10 mm、粒径0. 05~0. 10 mm的土壤颗粒含量的C_0/(C_0+C)都在0. 25~0. 75,属于中等强度的空间变异性;粒径0. 01~0. 05 mm的土壤颗粒含量的C_0/(C_0+C)为0. 76,属于弱的空间变异性。因此,豫中烟区烟叶烟碱含量具有一定的空间变异性,与植烟田土壤颗粒组成关系密切。生产上为了保证获得适宜烟碱含量的优质烟叶,应在考虑土壤质地空间变异性影响的基础上进行合理布局。
        In this paper,spatial variability characteristics of nicotine content of flue-cured tobacco leaves and soil granule composition in tobacco planting fields in central Henan province were studied using geostatistics,the correlation between them was analyzed,and the spatial distribution maps of these variables were depicted in order to provide the basis for reasonable layout of tobacco in Henan province. Correlation analysis revealed that there was significantly negative correlation between nicotine content of tobacco leaves and soil granule contents of 0. 05—0. 10 mm and < 0. 001 mm,while there was significantly positive correlation between nicotine content of tobacco leaves and soil granule content of 0. 001—0. 010 mm. The results of semi-variance model analysis showed that the nicotine content of flue-cured tobaccoleaves was well described with exponential model,which had a medium spatial variability with the C_0/( C_0+C) value being 0. 31. Among different soil textures,the soil granule contents of 0. 001—0. 010 mm and< 0. 001 mm had a strong spatial variability with the C_0/( C_0+ C) values being 0. 23 and 0. 24 respectively,the soil granule contents of > 0. 10 mm and 0. 05—0. 10 mm had a medium spatial variability with the C_0/( C_0+ C) values between 0. 25 and 0. 75,while the soil granule contents of 0. 01—0. 05 mm had a weat spatial variability with the C_0/( C_0+ C) values being 0. 76. It is concluded that the nicotine content of tobacco leaves has certain spatial variability,which is closely related to the soil granule composition in tobacco planting fields in central Henan province. In order to achieve excellent tobacco leaves with appropriate concentration of nicotine,it is suggested that spatial variation in soil texture should be considered in reasonable layout of tobacco.
