摘要
针对高压断路器机械寿命评估参数具有随机性和模糊性的特点,将随机模糊理论应用到高压断路器的机械寿命评估中。通过高压断路器机械寿命试验,结合机械寿命评估参数随机性与模糊性的分布特点,引入三角形模糊变量,并运用曲线拟合的方法,得到高压断路器机械寿命评估参数的随机模糊分布函数,进而建立随机模糊双重不确定条件下的高压断路器剩余机械寿命模型,并实现对高压断路器剩余机械寿命的预测。对比试验结果表明,所建立模型能够客观有效地评估高压断路器的机械寿命。
        As the parameters for mechanical life estimation of a high voltage circuit breaker are random and fuzzy,the random fuzzy theory is applied to the estimation. Considering the random and fuzzy distribution characteristics of the mechanical life evaluation parameters, mechanical life testing of a high voltage circuit breaker was conducted in this study, triangular fuzzy variables were introduced, and curve fitting method was adopted to obtain the random fuzzy distribution function of the mechanical life evaluation parameters of high voltage circuit breaker. Subsequently, a residual mechanical life model of high voltage circuit breaker was established in dual-uncertain condition. Test result shows that the proposed model can objectively and effectively evaluate the mechanical life of high voltage circuit breakers.
