摘要
准确掌握导弹的性能质量状态是保证导弹完成作战任务的前提条件。目前,导弹性能质量评估主要依靠人力,效率低下、主观因素影响大,难以适应装备大规模作战运用需求。在深入研究导弹性能质量评估理论的基础上,立足于部队导弹质量数据信息,运用系统工程理论及分析方法,基于面向对象的软件开发环境,设计了某型导弹性能质量评估系统,实现了该型导弹性能质量的准确评估与预测,为导弹作战运用提供技术支撑,为导弹部队决战决胜提供重要保证。
Accurate mastery of missile performance and quality status is a prerequisite to ensure that the missile completes its combat mission. At present, the evaluation of the performance quality of missile mainly depends on manpower, which is inefficient and subjective. It is difficult to adapt to the needs of large-scale equipment operations. On the basis of the in-depth study of missile performance quality assessment theory, based on the military missile quality data information, using system engineering theory and analysis methods, based on the object-oriented software development environment, a missile performance quality assessment system was designed to achieve the accurate assessment and prediction of the performance quality of this type of missile in this paper. This system can provide technical support for the operational use of troops and provide an important guarantee for the missile force's final and decisive victory.
