摘要
高职院校创业导师队伍存在导师水平参差不齐,导师功能不明确等问题。本研究以胜任力理论为基础,建立包含导师团队建设、创业指导技能、创业导师素质3个层面11个要素的创业导师团队胜任力模型,并将模型应用于实际的创业导师团队评价中。研究对创业导师成员遴选,创业导师团队构建有一定的指导意义。
Team of entrepreneurial tutors in higher vocational colleges has problems such as uneven levels of tutors and unclear functions of tutors. Based on the competency theory, this research establishes a competency model of entrepreneurial tutor team consisting of 11 elements including 3 levels : instructor team building, entrepreneurship guiding skills, and entrepreneurial tutor quality. Apply the model to the actual entrepreneurial mentor team evaluation. This research have certain guiding significance in the selection of entrepreneurial tutors and the construction of entrepreneurial tutors.
