摘要
通过研究个人或小微组织创意转化成各类技术领域产品的研发制造过程,对其存在的问题进行了分析并提出了实践优化方案。创意新品的研发是单次小批量生产的典型代表,其恰恰与3D打印的特性相符,3D打印正逐步融入传统制造过程,在手板打样、试产阶段、迭代更新中已发挥重要作用。通过3D打印转化传统制造的优势工艺并移植产品生产,3D打印将在创意产品研发制造中实现产业化,助力大众创业万众创新浪潮中的创意工程师们,通过创意—产品—3D打印制造实现价值梦。
        By studying the R&D and manufacturing process of transforming individual or micro-organization creativity into products in various technical fields, the existing problems are analyzed and practical optimization schemes are put forward.The research and development of new creative products is a typical example of single small-batch production, and the sample proofing is exactly in line with the characteristics of 3 D printing. 3 D printing is gradually integrated into the traditional manufacturing process, and has played an important role in the proofing, trial-production stage and iterative updating. Using 3 D printing to transform the advantages of traditional manufacturing process and transplant product production, 3 D printing will be industrialized in the development and manufacture of creative products, and help creative engineers in the wave of innovation to realize the dream through creativity-product-3 D printing manufacturing.
