摘要
企业福利人性化设计是"以人为本"管理理念在企业福利管理上的具体体现,能更好地满足员工的物质及心理需求,提高企业福利效用。企业福利人性化设计以人本原理与效益原理作为理论依据,坚持理性原则、弹性原则、创意性原则及体现"以员工为中心"的原则,分成核心福利模块、弹性福利模块和创意福利模块三部分进行设计。
Humanistic design of enterprise welfare embodies the " people first" welfare concept in enterprise management,and it contributes to meeting employee's demands of materials and psychology and increasing enterprises' welfare efficiency. The design takes people-oriented principle and benefit rule as theoretical bases, and adheres to reasonable,flexible and creative principles,representing the core of " employee foremost". It can be designed by three parts,core welfare mode,flexible welfare mode and creative welfare mode.
