摘要

城乡公共文化服务均等化建设是公共文化服务体系建设中的重要组成部分,是保障和改善民生,促进社会主义文化事业繁荣发展的必然要求。加快推动公共文化服务体系建设,促进城乡公共文化服务均等化发展,既是时代发展的需要,也是满足城乡居民文化娱乐需求的需要,更是构建社会和谐发展的重大任务和内容。以哈尔滨市城乡公共文化服务均等化建设现状为例,对如何加强城乡公共文化服务均等化建设进行了探索。
        Urban and rural public cultural service equalization is an important component of public cultural service system construction and is necessary for safeguarding and improving people's welfare and promoting the prosperity of socialist cultural cause. To accelerate the construction of public cultural service system and the equalized development of urban and rural public cultural service is the need of the times and the right way to meet urban and rural residents' leisure demands, and stands out as the important mission and content of building harmonious society. The paper uses Harbin as an example to research into its present conditions of urban and rural public cultural service equalized construction, and thus explores how to strengthen urban and rural public cultural service equalized construction.
